Evivo for Diaper Rash

Don't be rash, when it comes to diaper rash treatment.

There’s nothing quite like that moment when you slowly open baby’s diaper, praying that it’s only the expected in there. Poop. Pee. Nothing more. And then you see it. The first small red bumps that seem to multiply with every diaper change. When your baby has diaper rash, you want to nip it in the bud, before more severe diaper rash lays claim to baby’s soft, tender skin.

Why you can’t catch a break from diaper rash breakouts

So, you put yourself on Diaper Rash Watch, checking baby’s diaper every five minutes so you can clean that little bum as soon as baby goes. Moms generally understand that diaper rash is related to the length of time your baby is actually sitting in their own poop and pee, so we stand guard to limit the time their soft, defenseless skin exposed to the harsh and irritating moisture of feces and urine. And still, to no avail. Why is that? Well, while prolonged exposure to these yucky elements is part of it, research has shown that fecal enzymes have a direct irritant effect on the skin.1 And these fecal enzymes are activated by higher fecal pH. So if baby’s poop pH spikes, diaper rash gets worse.

Evivo Diaper Rash

When pH rises, so does diaper rash.

It used to be that breastfed babies had less chance of diaper rash because their poop had a lower pH. That’s how it always had been. But recent reports have shown that the gap in pH levels between breastfed babies and formula-fed babies is smaller than ever before. In fact, stool pH levels are actually similar.

It happens when baby’s gut lacks Bifidobacterium, which helps maintain a lower intestinal pH and suppresses the growth of bad bacteria linked to diaper rash. So even if babies are breastfed, it’s the lack of good bacteria that allows the bad bacteria to thrive, affecting baby’s gut and stool pH, which in turn affects baby’s chance of diaper rash. And makes diaper rash treatment a monumental challenge.

    We love it!
Evivo has made a huge difference in our daughter’s belly health! Before using this product she was having 6-8 gassy stools a day, along with a bad diaper rash. She was super fussy and seemed miserable with her bloated belly. We noticed an improvement within 3 days of giving Evivo to her. So relieved to have found a product that helps her!

    So far so good!
Our little guy has been on Evivo for about a month. He’s not near as gassy and does not poop as frequently which ultimately allow his diaper rash to clear up. We are still on reflux meds. It I hope in time we will be able to take him off those as well. We have already cut back from twice a day to once a day. I call that a win!

    Life changing for baby!
After I had taken an antibiotic for Mastitis, my son was no longer the easy going baby he was for the first month. He was now constantly fussy, gassy and no longer sleeping well. He stopped having full bowel movements, instead he would just have a little smear in his diaper EVERY single time I changed his diaper which was giving him a bad diaper rash. The antibiotics had messed with his gut health. After just one day of being on Evivo his gas improved and he had the biggest poop of his life. You could tell he was feeling so much better. He is back to being our happy go lucky baby!

    Worth the money
My newborn son was having terrible gas pains after breastfeeding and would poop 8+ times a day which led to a horrible diaper rash no matter how clean and dry we kept his bottom! After a few days on evivo, my son was pooping 1-2 times a day and the diaper rash disappeared! He is also sleeping better now that he doesn’t have such bad gas pains. Can’t recommend this product enough!

    Very helpful
Evivo has really helped with my son's reflux and diaper rash. Before starting Evivo, and even when we miss a few days, he spits up more and has more runny poop causing diaper rash.
