Variation in microbiome LPS immunogenicity contributes to autoimmunity in humans

Microbiome analysis of 222 infants from Finland, Estonia, and Russia indicated that infants with the highest levels of bifidobacteria in the first few months of life also had the lowest levels of early onset autoimmune disorders.
