Shipping Policy

FREE GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS US. 

We offer Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous US to ensure your order is delivered quickly. 

Shipping charges will be applied to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as international shipments, based on weight and destination. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 am PST ship the same day.

1)Shipment Processing Time 

a. All purchases at store.infinanthealth.com are “authorized and captured” immediately upon checkout. Infinant Health Inc requires a credit card verification for each order. The verification is almost always immediate but could take up to 3 business days.
b. All orders placed online appear in the Account section of store.infinanthealth.com. If you do not see your order, then Infinant Health did not receive it, and you will need to return to your Shopping Cart and complete the Checkout process again.
c. Infinant Health may intentionally hold shipments that could be interfered with due to weather.

2)Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

If you are having trouble tracking a package, or have an issue with delivery, please contact the Carrier directly. Infinant Health is not responsible for tracking packages and cannot assist with shipping and delivery issues.

3)Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

a. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, but handling fees may still apply. 
b. The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping method chosen. Shipping dates are based on business days; they do not include weekends or holidays.
c. Orders placed and processed Monday through Friday by 10:00 PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed and processed after this time will typically ship the following day.  Typically:

  • Infinant Health will not refund additional shipping charges in the case that the carrier fails to meet expected shipping times. 
  • Holiday Shipments: Seasonal delays may occur during high volume months.

4)Canceling or Modifying an Order 

Before you place your order, please review the contents and the total of your shopping basket. Once you place your order no further changes can be made.

5)Shipping Restrictions 

Please make sure that all your personal information is correct before placing an order with Infinant Health. Infinant Health is not responsible for packages that are refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier based on the address you provided.

6)Lost or Damaged Shipments 

a. Infinant Health is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you have not received your order, please contact the carrier by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX before emailing the Infinant Health support team directly at customersupport@evivo.com to create a customer support ticket. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and have your order information handy.
b. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Infinant Health support team directly at customersupport@evivo.com to create a customer support ticket. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, take photos of your shipment in the original packaging, and have your order information handy.
