At Infinant Health, Inc we are proud to offer monthly subscription services for our flagship product, Evivo, an infant probiotic. Our subscription policy is designed to ensure that you receive a consistent supply of Evivo.
Subscription Terms and Conditions:
By enrolling in the subscription program for Evivo, you understand and agree to be billed on a per-order basis, in a recurring fashion, at the frequency and quantity of your choice until you decide to cancel your subscription. You also consent to receive a recurring monthly shipment of our product.
By enrolling in the subscription program for Evivo, you agree to pay the subscription fee specified at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The credit/debit card you provide will be used for all future purchases and charges, including subscription renewals. You agree to keep a valid credit/debit card on file during the term of your membership, and to keep your account-up-to date with accurate contact and payment information, including your name, address, and credit/debit card information.
You agree that we may update your account with information your bank or credit card issuer may supply, if any. Once you become a subscriber, you may change your credit/debit card information by visiting the Payment page in the account section of our website. We will continue to use this payment method for all subscription charges unless you change your payment preference in the account section of the website, notify us through Customer Support to change your billing preference, or your bank or credit card issuer provides new information. We accept most major credit/debit cards (i.e., American Express, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard).
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to notify you to update your payment information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit/debit card issuer may charge. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your membership and suspend fulfillment of your orders until payment is provided. Alternatively, we may also seek payment by another method through a mailed statement. In the event we do not receive timely payment, we may report information about your account to credit bureaus.
From time to time, we may offer subscription discounts or promotions. Such discounts and promotions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.
Infinant Health is required to collect sales tax when applicable.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has shipped. You can find your order details and tracking information, once available, on your order page or on the order history page in the account section of the website. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal through our website here. You can email our customer support team for help at: CustomerService@evivo.com.
To cancel your subscription via your customer account, login to your account and click ”Manage Subscriptions”. After you click ” Manage Subscriptions”, select your product subscription and follow the prompts under “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.
To avoid charges for the next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled shipment.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel your subscription at any time without notice. If we cancel your subscription, we will refund the prorated amount for the remaining shipments.
You may modify your subscription by logging in to your account and selecting “Modify Subscription.” You can change the quantity, frequency, or shipping address for your subscription.
Subscription email and other communications
As part of your subscription, we will send you and you agree to receive emails advising you about our Evivo products, information about your account, newsletters, special promotions, and other updates to maximize your experience. You may opt-out of promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of all promotional emails.
Changes to membership / Acceptance of terms of service
We’re always looking at ways to improve your membership experience. Accordingly, please note that Infinant Health services, promotions, policies, charges, and Terms are subject to change at any time. Please check here periodically for updates. We will notify you in advance of substantive changes, either via email or via our Site. By subscribing to receive Evivo Infant Probiotic and continuing to use or purchase products from this Site and/or continuing your subscription, you accept and agree to the Terms and any changes so long as they are promptly posted on the Site or emailed to the email account we have on record for you. If you do not wish to be bound by any revisions to these Terms, please do not use this Site.
